Concrete Anti-Crack Additive

Micro-expansion + shrinkage compensation - a key additive for crack-controlled large-area concrete placement

Request a Proposal View Applications

Stable Micro-Expansion Compensation

Restricted expansion rate ≥ 0.025%, matched with the concrete hydration curve to compensate for drying shrinkage and reduce 70%+ microcracks.

Does Not Affect Strength

28-day strength loss ≤ 5%, compatible with high-performance water reducers, waterproofing admixtures and air-entraining agents.

Dosage Calculation Sheet Provided

Customized dosage is provided according to project conditions including temperature, humidity, water-cement ratio and mix design. Engineers support on site instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Concrete Anti-Crack Additive

What Is Concrete Anti-Crack Additive

An admixture added during concrete mixing. Through micro-expansion and drying-shrinkage reduction, it compensates concrete shrinkage during hardening and fundamentally reduces non-load-related cracking.

Suitable for large-area single-placement slabs, roofs, basement base slabs, oversized workshops and applications requiring structural waterproofing such as underground garages, pools and water tanks.

Its stable expansion period matches the concrete hydration curve. It is not a simple UEA replacement, but a project-specific dosage solution with a dosage calculation sheet.

Typical Applications

Large-Span Plants & Logistics Warehouses

Large-area placement without expansion joints, compensating drying shrinkage and controlling cracking.

Underground Structural Waterproofing

Basement base slabs, underground garages, pools and water tanks. Impermeability grade P8 -> P12.

Roofs & Terraces

Top-floor slabs, roofs and terraces. Reduces thermal and drying-shrinkage cracks and extends waterproofing layer service life.

Super Large-Span Structures

Stadiums, airport terminals and theaters. Continuous single placement instead of segmented bay construction.

Municipal Roads & Bridges

Bridge deck pavement, road surfaces and tunnel structures. Crack control for long-term durability.

Water Conservancy Projects

Reservoirs, gates and diversion channels. The final safeguard for structural waterproofing.
