Epoxy Terrazzo
A cast-in-place terrazzo system with fully customizable colors and aggregates - JCT 2748-2023 industry standard co-drafting member
Industry Standard Co-Drafting
We are a co-drafting member of JCT 2748-2023 Epoxy Terrazzo Flooring. The process requirements in the standard were refined from our own project sites.
In-House Color and Aggregate Library
200+ color boards and 50+ aggregate options. Any RGB color value can be matched, allowing renderings to translate into real results.
Seamless and Easy to Maintain
No expansion joints and no mosaic seams. Daily cleaning only requires neutral detergent, and regular crystallization maintenance can preserve appearance for more than 10 years.
What Is Epoxy Terrazzo
Epoxy terrazzo is a decorative cast-in-place flooring system made with high-strength epoxy resin as the binder, combined with custom colored aggregates, glass, shells and metal materials, then mechanically ground and polished. Typical thickness is 6-15 mm.
It is suitable for premium commercial and public spaces where the floor is part of the design language rather than only a functional surface. Colors and aggregates are fully customizable, from textured luxury retail floors to large glossy airport areas.
We participated in drafting JCT 2748-2023 Epoxy Terrazzo Flooring. The installation process, inspection standards and mix design principles had already been implemented in our projects for years before the standard was released, making them stable and repeatable.
Typical Applications
Museums & Art Galleries
Exhibition spaces need neutral, quiet and refined floors. Cast-in-place dark mirror finishes with metal divider strips can outline exhibition routes.
Airports & High-Speed Railway Stations
Large seamless areas without expansion joints, glossy surfaces for easy cleaning and high foot-traffic resistance. Delivered in multiple transport hub projects.
Premium Hospitals
Public lobbies and outpatient areas. Dark mirror finishes plus easy cleanability support both patient dignity and hospital image.
Brand Flagship Stores
Automotive showrooms, luxury stores and sports brand flagships. Custom colors can match brand colors precisely.
Hotel Lobbies & Banquet Halls
Cast-in-place installation avoids seam misalignment, making it suitable for large-span lobbies and banquet halls with a timeless appearance.
Cultural Venues
Libraries, theaters and public areas of sports venues. Metal divider strips can be embedded for patterns and wayfinding.
